Driving down the Gorge to visit my Mom on Mothers Day was very pretty. Lot's of flowers especially since the spring was so mild. We were looking for Cyp montanum, but there was so much ground to cover in such a short time, we didn't see anything.
Balsamroot
A nice orange Castilleja parasitising a Balsamroot. The healthiest Castilleja always are growing right in or near another big healthy plant.
Delphinium (nuttallii?)
Some senic views.
This one could probably be cropped.
