Your yard looks huge in this picture! Maybe it's because a lot of the plants were allocated to the greenhouse ?
I did photoshop the pic so that the whole fence would show... so a side effect is that the fence looks longer than it is... Our little yard is still only a quarter acre ;-) There is a lot more space now that the growing area is clear! Next step: cut off the grass! Pretty soon we'll be left with nothing but mud: Hooraay!
I snuffed out my grass by putting wet newspaper over it, and then burying that in dirt. Made a real mess when I had to level out a part of the yard which resulted in digging some of that up :P What's left to do now that the fence is done?
What's not left to do!? Now the fun can begin. Tons of earth need to be moved, rock walls stacked, pipes laid, and maybe, just maybe, next fall we can plant something!
